Because V Digital Enterprises LLC provides high-level strategic consulting, mentorship, and access to proprietary methodologies (B2B services), all sales are considered final once the service, onboarding, or first consultation session has commenced.
If you believe you were charged in error, or if you wish to cancel your application/purchase *before* any service or material has been delivered, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial transaction.
To request a refund for an eligible transaction, please email our billing department at contato@vdigital.enterprises with your receipt and reason for the request. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
